WANTED: Inspiration
December 6th, 2009 -- Posted in artsy fartsy, sculptures | No Comments »I’m dying to continue sculpting but I’m having the hardest time getting inspiration and staying focused. I have so many plans and ideas but yet I can’t actually get myself to bring any to fruition! What!? Why??
I guess I’ll try my hardest today and we’ll see what comes of it.

This is a copy of Vampire Hunter D Vol. 1. My foster dog chewed up the dust cover and a few pages inside a few months ago but I couldn’t bring myself to throw it away because A) it’s vampire hunter d. I adore the artwork. And 2) i hadn’t yet bought myself a replacement copy.
Inspired by the whole vamiric story, I decided to turn it into a sculpture. I used a very light brown stain, and then a buncha red inks. Pardon the kitchen floor!
I’m having a hard time coming up with a title and I’d greatly appreciate any suggestions!!
